Ordered Dewalt Circurlar saw Sept 13. Received confirmation by email of order. Did not receive product. Tracked the UPS tracking number and they stated 1) Product was delivered and left on front door. IMPOSSIBLE as the ship to address is a UPS store which was open for business. Delivery drivers NEVER leave packages at a UPS front door. Also, delivery confirmation stated packaged weight 3 lbs. Website for Dewalt will confirm weight is actually 7.5 lbs. Lastly address They RosenGift or RoGift lists is 28 Lisa Court Parsippany, NJ 07054. Use of ZILLOW wil confirm there is NO SUCH ADDRESS. Lastly, RoGift only provides an email address, NO PHONE CONTACT number. So avoid RoGIFT or RosenGift at all cost.
