This person on the phone claimed to be from Rogers Telephone, saying I qualified for a 30% reduction in my bill for a 1 year term due to my excellent payment record. When I asked to continue the details over email, explaining how I had fallen for a similar sounding deal in the not to distant past I was hung up on. I redialed the number that showed on my phone, and when someone answered they claimed to be an insurance provider, saying I had the wrong number. When I went into explaining what had happened with the phone call I had just received from this same number I was hung up on again.Huh.
