His employee id #MS218RS. He called and told consumer she had over 4,000 viruses on her computer. He wanted to put malware on her computer and advised her that it was going to cost $300.00 for a 2 year plan. They had different pay scales based on the length of coverage you purchased. They did attempt to put the $300.00 on consumers credit card but it was denied by the CC company stating it was scam. After that, Mr. Sims repeatedly called the house trying to get consumer to find other means to pay the $300.00. She stopped answering the phone and he eventually stopped calling.
