Thanks for getting back to me. I am a very busy man, I hardly take phone calls but you can always reach me via email at all times and I can reply to you as I get the chance to. Here is more about the Job and I need it to be done before I relocate with my family. I would like it to be ready before my arrival, which is the main reason I contacted you for the painting and I want the Job to be as soon as possible.
I would have loved to meet you in person but unfortunately I'm currently at the Marine Corp Camp, I'm sure you should understand and my family is my priority and work most of my time. I would be very happy if you could give me an estimate based on your professional experience. The house walls are in perfect condition and all that needs is just the change of paint and there are no mud stains on the wall, it's just the color of the paints that I do not like..
The house is 3 bd2 ba1,424 sqft which is located at **** ******* ****** Dr, Columbus, OH 43230. 8 foot ceilings, doors also need to be painted. Something I don't like about the house is just the interior Painting in which I would like to change all the interior Painting of the house, the wall is in good condition as it's already painted, I just want a change of color. You can visit the house if you care to. The person in charge of the paint delivery is the one who will give you access to the full building.. I believe you can easily make an estimate with this size.

I want you to know that I have already placed an order for the paints you are to use for the painting which will be delivered to the house address as soon as payment is made to you. Once the payment has been delivered to you, All you need is to take all your tools with you when you are going to start the painting because all paints would be ready for you at the address. Please get back to me with your estimate ASAP.
