I ordered Lysol disinfectant spray on November 6,2020. I emailed on November 28 inquiring about the delivery. Rod Billy emailed me back saying it takes 10-20 business days. I emailed again on 12/15/2020. I got no response. I emailed again on 12/17/2020. I got no response. I emailed 12/23/2020 asking for a refund. Rod Billy responded by asking me if I received a tracking number. I replied no and asked him for a tracking number. He did not respond.
