In August 2017 I purchased a product from the RocketIAQ website. They received payment for the product and sent an email confirming my order with a comment that the order was pending shipment. After 2-3 weeks I never received a shipping confirmation so I emailed their customer service. They responded after a few days to say their orders were behind and it would be shipped within a few days with priority shipping. I never received shipment notification and never received the item. I again contacted their customer service by email and told them to cancel the order and give me a full refund since the item never shipped. Their website and order confirmation says if you cancel before the item ships you will receive a full refund. I have never received a refund of any sort and now they will not respond to any email attempts to contact. Also, they do not have an actual phone number to call. Total scam!!
