Rocket21 Challenge SCAM - They refused to pay my earnings!

Do not sign up for rocket 21. This company is a waste of your time and money. It seems like they are known to randomly breach accounts. I received my funded account months ago, I have received 2 pay outs from them at least. I requested my 3rd pay out a couple days ago and they randomly terminated my account due to kyc violations…? How did I even receive my funded account and two pays outs already if my identity was not confirmed from the start? Very unprofessional. Makes no sense when I provided all documents they needed and pictures to pass the kyc evaluation. So to have this come up months later is sketchy. They also said due to account management violations? I do not have any trade copier or EA connected to my account. I personally manually trade my accounts from the same phone. Same way i traded to receive those 2 pays out are the same way I traded when I asked for my 3rd pay out. Nothing changed. So there reason to breach my account is unjust. No one helped me or gave me more information and I doubt they will. They will make an excuse saying they “found” something on my account that caused the account management violation like a review I saw on here of another poor customer. Clearly on my account there’s nothing connected to my mt4 to trigger that violation but they’ll say anything with no physical proof. I want to see physical proof of what your team saw that triggered this and not just your fake made up excuses. Show me even though you’ll find nothing. Then on the kyc violation I also doubt they will give me more exact information of what went wrong there. This company is a joke. Im funded with other companies and provided the same kyc info and trade the same way manually on all of the accounts. Those accounts have not been breached but with rocket 21 they have. Again with no physical proof here and no detailed information. Just a “sorry that your account has been terminated” due to whatever lies they feel like saying and a “nothing we can do about it”. They can grab any funded account and just make accusations to breach and terminate them immediately. Lost my pay out, that I was really looking forward to. I followed their rules to a tee. I even spoke to customer service multiple times to triple check their rules to make sure I had longevity with my funded account and to make sure my account was always in good standing.. I made sure I did everything right. Well that came to an end very quickly. It’s always their words over ours. Sad to see a company function like this. I will never get a funded account with them ever again and would advise anyone to stay away from them. Ridiculous. Big warning to everyone, go with the trusted top funding companies because this one is not it. I promise.
