On 3/21/2021 I ordered a clock Totalling $40.66 from this company (Rock Bulwer) soon after I got a confirmation from their company stating my order# tracking# receipt payment amount and the address of where my product would be shipped from. After one month I contacted them from the email on their website> [email protected] about the status on my product delivery & I finally got a response after several emails, one being --a Complaint email about Reporting them as Fraud. They stated that there was an logistics problem. I finally received a "package" from them because the Tracking# that I was given soon after I purchased the clock WAS THE SAME Tracking# that was on a package But the Item I Received was (2 tiny flimsy Blue 10¢ face masks)- Certainly NOT the clock that I initially ordered for $40.66
