We have received repeated calls from multiple phone numbers, at least once a day beginning early summer 2023, from a group called "Merchant Services" requesting business information and contact information for employees for the purpose of trying to buy the business. When asked to remove our business from their calling list, they say that they will, but we simply receive a call from one of their other lines. Sometimes the lines appear spoofed from other companies such as Meijer but are mostly anonymous on Caller ID. However, today I actually saw "Merchant SVCS" on the Caller ID and asked if it was them when I answered the phone. They said yes. I asked them to remove our name and number from their calling log again, and she said yes before hanging up, so I believe this might have been on of their actual phone numbers for once. The phone number was (313) 708-5683. I will also be reporting them with this number to the FCC due to their refusal to remove us from their calling list.
