Credit One is a fraudulent company. They get your name from a third party.. They then send you a credit card with account in the mail. If you not aware a credit card is then activated in your name with out your authorization. If you don't call they start billing you for an unauthorized credit card and then they send it to your consumer reporting credit agencies. This company need to be penalized for the fraudulent activities they are doing. Making accts and billing people for credit cards they don't acknowledge is fraud.
