After speaking with him on the phone, it was apparent that the Facebook profile and any money sending application accounts were based on misleading and fraudulent information, as he had a very thick accent that did not match the profile pictures used.
He also tried an additional scamming technique of providing a rent discount for paying 5 month's rent upfront.
Prior to being blocked on all applications, I saw that he had targeted other students, who are likely to be scammed if no action is taken to warn others of his scamming techniques.
