Contacted through email. Look 100% legit. Talked to Robert about buying a dog. He sent a contract and we paid him through Google pay. Two days later his "shipping company" contacted us and told us we needed to send them more money for an approved crate to ship the dog in. When we refused he said that when he received the dog back we would get a refund. We never got the dog. He has now blocked our phone number and will not respond to our emails. He has a ScamPulse.com approval on his website and I can't find him in the ScamPulse.com directory.
