I didn’t hear from anybody I kept messaging him asking him what was happening he said he had contacted IRS. and they knew he was helping so they would hold my tax debt 2 weeks later I got a letter from the IRS to pay 4000$ or they would attach my social security. I’m 74 . He told me not to pay it
I went ahead and paid it because it was the IRS . In the meantime I am leaving message s for help. No response
I got another letter from the IRS stating if I didn’t do 2019 they would attach my check. I went to an accountant that did my 2019 taxes and got me caught up
Now I’m trying to get my money starting oct 1 he said someone would help with a refund . Call after call including my son talking to someone who said I would get it it is now almost November and they have me blocked haven’t sent anything except they would forgive the 5000$ loan that they added
I even told him I was going to report him but he has done nothing. I hope you can let other seniors to never get involved with this person
At one point the manager did say he didn’t know how my case fell through the crackd
