I was contacted by Melissa Roberson from Prescient Therapeutics Limited and offered an interview for a data entry job. I was instructed to download the Teams app and contact their "hiring manager" Heather Reaves, who claimed to be located in El Paso, Texas. A typical interview was conducted, and I started to become suspicious when I was informed they would send me a check and I would have to order all of my office equipment from their specified vendors. The interview portion of this communication was incredibly legitimate, it's after they "hire" you that the legitimacy starts to break down. The promises start to become more grandiose, the grammar and spelling change and become less polished and the tone becomes pushier.
