had a charge show up on my bank account for $59.95. , called company/number listed with the charge (SCRHUG.com, not roadsave.com is what charge is listed under) to be told it was regarding a different website that I must have signed up for some kind of free trial, and the subscription was NONREFUNDABLE and it didn't matter that I wasn't the one who signed up for services. The website offers 24 hour roadside assistance, which I receive, not only thru my auto-loan provider, but also through my auto-insurance company. No resolution, not willing to refund the bogus charges on my account, talked to 2 separate agents, both of whom flat out refused any kind of compensation, other than to tell me that they could close my account, but were NOT going to issue any sort of refund for cancellation.

RIDICULOUS!!! BEWARE of SCRHUG.COM & ROADSAVE.COM --
