I will tell you the whole story: Victor Jacobson took all my papers and later disappeared. Later, I did some research on the Internet and saw that a lot of people were also in my situation. I understood that he was "stealing money from people" professionally. I found on the web that they have another three web pages (at least these are the ones I could manage to find. Probably they have more websites like this) that they use to steal money from people professionally. 1. https://www.a1apostille.com/ 2. https://www.roadrunner-notary-services.com/contact-us/ 3. https://www.caexpressapostille.com/. Look at those web pages and see the same phone numbers. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM; I LOST 450 USD. LET ME BE THE LAST ONE; DON'T WORK WITH THEM!!!! Their phone numbers are +1 818 326 1251, and +1 818 569 5995. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!
