This company is a complete FRAUD. In desperation, I contacted who I thought was AAA to repair a tire. I simply needed a spare tire put on until repair work could be completed at a tire center. I was led to believe this company was affiliated with AAA. I initially mentioned to a customer service representative that I needed AAA support as we pay for the service to use in unexpected roadside situations. After 15 minutes of pretending to locate a nearby, on-site repair tech, I was told $229 needed to be paid BEFORE the technician could contact me. The representative stated my payment was needed prior to a tech being located. After reluctantly paying $229 via a texted link, I was told a tech would arrive within 30 minutes and would call 5-10 minutes prior to arriving at our vehicle site. Crickets. No call. I then started to worry thinking this is not typical of AAA. I didn’t remember even being asked to make a payment for support in the past. Now I know why. This company is not affiliated with AAA. The ‘company’ is FAKE and STOLE MY MONEY. I would like my $229 refunded. There wasn’t a service provided. Hours of my time were wasted locating a legit service. And I needed to cancel my debt card so more of my money is not STOLEN by these horrible people. Please beware. This is not a place to be trusted. The ‘company’ will state a refund of 50% of the total amount paid may be offered. That’s completely unacceptable! This would only make sense if a legit service was even arranged! I would like my full $229 refunded given I was lied to and a service wasn’t provided OR even attempted.
