We received a call for road service, the person on the phone (VICTOR) said he was a 3rd party and specifically not to give the customer a copy of the invoice. (He mentioned this several times, asking if we told the tech as well and was very insistent about this.) so we dispatch our tech out to do the road service, ends up needing parts and we call to confirm with the road spanner this would be ok. Then we get a call from the company of the truck we are repairing confused on why the first person they talked to said they were with our company and we had told them he was a 3rd party. So this VICTOR had posed as a repair technician from our company and then called us to set up the road service. This is not the first time it has happened to our company but people need to be very careful about who they talk to, if it sounds "sketchy" it probably is.
