Was called on my cell phone by someone saying they had paperwork to deliver to me. I ask who they were and they would only give me that name and phone number. They did have the last four of my SS# which concerned me deeply. I had my banker call the number and they would not say anything unless I confirmed who I was. I then called and a different person said they had nothing on me. My concern is they are trying to spoof people and then try to get the county courts to say they have a right to sue them for unpaid bills that could be older then the Colorado Fair Debt Act allows.
