This person requested a roof replacement quote on an actual property in Charlotte NC. After the quote was "accepted" the person then suspiciously wanted bank information as to forward payment. After further investigation of this property via the real estate agency, this scammer had no affiliation with the actual owner. In addition, the real estate agency recognized the name "Tyler Hurt" in other attempts of possible scam. This scammer actually had the audacity to contact me again with the same name but different cell number.
