I received email from Amazon for a free gift for completing the survey. I completed the survey and chose the gift from a list. I just had to pay for shipping. 2 weeks later I had a charge on my card for $59.95. I called the RJX Labs for an explanation and refund. They said their item was not free. It was a 14 day trial. They will refund if I pay for shipping and return the item. What was the free gift? They said they are not affiliated with a survey. I spoke with Amazon. It was not a survey from them. It was a marketing scam. I filed a spoofing claim with Amazon. RJX refused to honor the original deal with the survey email. This is fraudulatent and they stole from me.
