I´m on behalf of ***** *******. We ordered a licence to Lucy Peckham from RIVIX LLC on April 28th, 2021. ***** transferred USD 485,00 by SWIFT transfer to RIVIX LLC on May 18th, 2021 in order to successfully make the purchase order, We let Lucy know about the payment as soon as we transferred the funds and sent her additional information about the final user to make sure the configuration was correct From that moment on, there was never assertive communication with the company RIVIX LLC, the attention given by Lucy Peckham was poor and mean. We never recieved answer about anything related to the license even though ***** tried to contact RIVIX LLC several times. So we tried to contact Lucy again asking her for a wire transfer refund a month after the last time we required the lincense configuration. At the moment we have not received any answer from RIVIX LLC
