I received 2 packages addressed with my last name and the word “Bluestar” — one package was of medical face masks and included the first letter of my first name; the second package was addressed to my cat’s name and included catnip toys. I did not order either of these packages. I have already reported the company listed on the return address for the face mask package. The company listed on the return address for the cat toy package is Josh Boffeli of a “River City Sales”. I could not find information on either of these names. I googled the street address and it appears to be a home address. The cat toy company is “Legendog” which is a 3rd party seller on Amazon. I reported this information to Amazon as I suspect this is a “brushing” scam. I cannot however find any information on “Bluestar”, the name included on both the packages. I’m not sure if Bluestar and River City Sales are related or if one of them is the scammer.
