placed an order for a dish drainer rack which I never received This is the second scam website I have detected on Facebook

Purchased a Coleman hot tub for 9.90 order#160778 on 6/2/20. Never received my order within the 7 to 10 days. Called the number 207 - 933 - 695 listed on the Facebook website and was disconnected. Emailed the company at [email protected] and received a generic email stating my product will be shipped soon within the next two weeks. Never received the product. Want to file complaint for possible scam

Ordered a Coleman hot tub for 9.90 order #160778 on 6/2/20. Money taken out of account and never received the product. Tried calling the number for customer service 207-933-6925 of course is disconnected. Emailed [email protected] and received a generic email station g my order was to be shipped in 7-10days . Still no delivery. Now website is gone. Please investigate this scam.

I ordered a coleman hot tub is was on clearance for $9.90 I accidently ordered two but only realized it when I got my bank statement. I have not received them. I ordered it on 6/2/2020.

I ordered a kitchen aid mixer on 5/27/2020 it is the 28 of june and I have still have not received my merchandise and I have been charged for it. what can I do. does this company really exsist .

I placed an order with Rising Sun Market. I was charged but never received product or any email confirming that it had been sent. Order was placed on Jun.4/2020. I feel this is a fraudulent scam. Please investigate. I would appreciate this being investigated so more people do not get scammed.

Ordered what was supposed to be a 9$ hot tub. Figured even if it didnt work well my 3 yr old could play in it right? Well paid for it and ended up being charged in USD so like $14 was charged. I was able to use my account for a couple days and it eventually showed as shipped, I used the contact us feature on their website and asked about a tracking number and was replied to by the email [email protected] saying
Dear customer,

I am very sorry to let you wait for so long. there are too many goods sent out by the warehouse. We have tried very hard to process each customer's order. Your order will be shipped within one to two days after purchase and you can get it within 7-30 days. Please be patient, I believe you will receive the order soon. Thank you for your understanding and support. We will continue to serve you.

Never answered after that, and the website now doesn't exist. Waste of money..calling bank.

I had placed several orders on-line and after 2 weeks my orders were still processing. I sent an e-mail, asking why they had not shipped. I was told that they were understaffed and would get them out as soon as possible. Three days later, I can no longer access my account and the link for a password reset was not sent, though I tried 3 times. Again, I e-mailed to try to resolve these issues. I received an auto response about shipping issues. I sent an yet another e-mail and informed them that if I did not hear from them in two days time, I would have my bank reverse all payments to their company. Then, visit my solicitor to discuss options for a fraud lawsuit. Do not trust nor do business with this company!!!

I got a link to a site, looking for a Nintendo switch for my kids, the site was offering a Nintendo switch + 3 games for $99.99 so I ordered the Nintendo switch they said it'd be there in 7 to 10 days I waited 7 to 10 days I've contacted them like all well it takes about 30 days to get the order. So I waited 30 days and still no order still not received the product they have already took the money out they then began to change the name of the website from Gabriel to flash point market but all the other information was the same and they're still selling the same product. tried to contact him again and now I can't even get a hold of them because it just instantly hangs up the phone on me or they don't answer through the email replies it's now been two months still haven't received the product I request a refund and they were like well we have a 30 day return policy and I didn't get the product yet. so they're like that you don't get a refund and then they stopped answering me completely on emails to ever since then.

I made a purchase from this site on 5/9/2020. I emailed a request for info about shipping and delivery on 5/19/2020 as i had not received anything in mail or emails.The response email, had no info, just said " Dear customer,

Best Wishes!" So i waited till 5/31/2020. I went to email the company only to see they changed their name from Longviewmarket to Risingsunmarket. So I have now emailed them again for either the items I purchased or my money back. No responce.
