I tried to buy toys for my nephew for Christmas, I use mcfarlaine toys site often. Seen an ad on instagram for a sale, I clicked it and the site is identical. It wasn’t until 5 seconds after the transaction I realized it was a scam. I called Citibank who blocked the card for after a “investigation” Citibank sided with the scammers from Belfast. Trust worthy country. Citibank is just as bad as the scammers, never received anything (shocking).

They were selling the brand carhartt for super cheap prices. I’m pretty sure they copied Carhartt website cause it look so legit at the time. Went to RISETOR website to check my order and all of a sudden it was gone. They were trying to say I never made a order but I have a the receipt to justify that and they stole my money and never once responded back of coarse

I saw a Lowes ad about discount christmas decorations. I saw a reindeer advertised that I wanted and so I purchased it.  The site said I would receive the item on about Dec. 9th. I bought the item 12/4/23 and waited. But after 12/15/23 I still did not receive the item and so I contacted the site's e-mail address. Since then they still have not provided the item. Facebook or Meta should be sued for letting such scammers on their social media page.

Bought some items through risetor got no tracking info until I email them. They gave me a tracking # through 17track (who I never hear of) the package who supposedly delivered but never arrived. I email the “company” several times but got no response. Beware.

I ordered from what I thought was Game Stop and of course never received my merchandise. When I tracked my package it was coming from China and said it was delivered but of course it was not. When I contacted them via the customer service website, I was told to be patient. Now the website is not available. I hate that this happens to people. Never again.

I ordered on November 29th some candles and I emailed the customer service email. They said don't worry my shipment was on its way. I tracked the number down because I still hadn't received it and it said it had been received at the post office in my town. I never received it. Now all the ads are gone and the email is invalid I'm very upset. They obviously have been able to scam a bunch of people

Used photos from other stores (ie. Pottery Barn. Overstock). To sell holiday quilts and pillows at lower prices.

If it looks likes it’s too good to be true, it probably is.

Cancelled my credit card but the purchase went through before cancellation.

I ordered $35. For bath n body candles and never received them. I ordered at least 10 candles that were supposed to be on sale. I haven't heard anything from them.

Ordered candles and a stand from what I thought was a bath and body works clearance site. Paid 35 dollars for the screenshot and everything to confirm this purchase. All I have is a tracking number. And that doesn't even come up on any database. Another user has had this same problem as well.

I thought i was purchasing candles from Bath and Body Works. I never received the products, emailed the company on ny purchase info was given a fake tracking number and some cery vague info on product. Still never received the items, i attempted to reach back out to company via email and the email address is no longer valid. I attempted to go to the site and that page is no longer found. I tried to dispute transaction to get ny money back and am waiting to hear back on that.

I ordered some statues that was on sale and i gave my card number for the price of them $59.25 on November 25,2023 . But i have not received them and the email address is un founded .

I've been going thru the same issues since end of Nov/Dec 2023.
I got few emails then they started blocking me saying not found
I spent about 300$ on item's NEVER RECEIVED ASSISTANCE ME PLEASE

I ordered a Christmas quilt for a too good to be true amount of money. When the quilt hadn’t arrived nor any information on it, I contacted their customer service and received an apology and asked to wait for two weeks. I was given a tracking number which I looked up but given no information. I contacted the company again and they said they looked it up and it was in transit somewhere in US. Today I finally was able to track it and said it was delivered on 12/24/23 which it was not. The whole process seemed bogus and thankfully I didn’t lose more money. Buyer beware!

Purchased a Christmas tree on 11/24 and still no receipt on 12/23. The company uses https://t.17track.net/

You can enter your tracking number: AT173690998CN. When checking the status it now states that package is in my city but still no receipt.
