Never order anything from riproots! They will take your money and thats it! I ordered a cool looking ring for my wife and they gave me a fake tracking number to for a site that dosnt track. They gave me a fake 999 number to call the Courier company that was supposed to deliver my package. This is the US there are no real 999 numbers. when I confronted them about it they told me to check around my mailbox and my yard, and wouldn't answer me when I asked if the delivery was coming from FedEx, usps, ups. Eff those guys. If I ever find them, I'll have fun for all us victims

I ordered rings for myself, my sisters and my mom for Mother’s Day. In the website they advertise these beautiful clear rings of different landscapes, images, etc. When I hadn’t received the rings after 3 weeks I emailed them and got a response from Jason. We emailed a couple times back and forth with tracking info. When I finally received the rings and saw how poorly made they were and they look nothing like the work on their website or quality. I emailed them right away to see if I can return them because I was so embarrassed/disappointed with what I purchased. I spent approx $95 for 6 of these rings and they look like you could get them out of a gym all machine. I have been reaching out to them via email, Instagram, Facebook for the past month and no one has gotten back to me. I Google them and many people are in the same boat as me an very unhappy with this company as we believe we have been scammed.
