I had similar experience - RINTALER LTD, vitalrecordsUSA.org - is a scam business site.

They charged money to collect my personal information then sent back the state form and instructions to send it "With Payment!" to the state.

I'm afraid now that I'm vulnerable to credit fraud.

I was trying to obtain my birth certificate via online. The website vitalrecord.gov seemed legit so I proceeded with my information and payment of $59.00. All they did was enter my information on the form then instructed me to print it out sign it and and mail it to the state department along with the $22 payable to the state. I did so and contacted the state department and was advised they still have not received my application. I then emailed support requesting a refund, they replied they they can not do a refund as their services were already rendered
