Ring Planet contacted me and told me my AT&T landline service would be disconnected and that I needed an equipment change. They then sent me a document and while I was verbally stating I did not want any changes to my service had me click the link which gave my consent to have my service changed from AT&T to Ring Planet. I did not authorize this and am now at risk of losing my phone service.

Ring Bell called. Stated they are AT&T

My mother changed her land land company they explained that they were giving senior citizens a discount

My mother asked them repeatedly that they were with AT &T and they stated yes

My mother is elderly so without knowing that they are not AT&T

They are Ring Planet they are not aviliated with AT&T

Fraud. Because my mother was elderly and did not know the right questions to ask They we’re going to bill her
