I ordered dresses from this company, after seeing them on Instagram. The company website includes information that says "easy returns"...so I was confident that if the dresses didn't ALL fit, I could exchange/return. When I got them, the material was so-so. But the critical thing is that when I lifted my arms, the dress wasn't long enough to cover my underwear. I sent an email to communicate that I would like to return the items for refund. They asked for photos (inappropriate I thought). So I sent some FULLY highlighting the issues. They emailed that there were no defects, so there would be no refund. After 6 more email exchanges, they offered anywhere from $42-60. Or that I could return the items at my expense to Dubai. Clearly, they have no intention to refund my money. I have reported them to Instagram...who hasn't responded. I just want others to avoid this problem, since it is unlikely that I will get money back.
