I ordered some vitamins in Dec. 2016 for$ 2.95. Never received a bottle. Then I see in January they charged me an additional $89.00 without my consent. Never received this additional vitamins either. Called to get my money back, they say they can't refund unless I send them back their merchandise. They tell me my order was shipped out in dec 2016 but the tracking number never shows that it was ever delivered. It is now feb. 2017. how am I supposed to send back anything, if they never sent anything in the first place. Scam
