My parents contacted them because their email had been hacked and they were looking for IT support to solve the problem. They told my parents the had a trojan virus (Torpig) infected throughout their home network impacting their computers, phones, smart TVs and router. Asked for payment of over $400 to fix the problem. Thorough scans of the computers by multiple parties confirmed no virus was present and the problem was simply a compromised email password.

They represented themselves as a "Cisco Certified Network Professional"

Grateful for this info - have some concern about this Company as well. Recently had them check my computer Installed a 7 layer online "Identity/Network Securityv61 - SONIC FIREWALL..etc. Within less than a day received a "Strange" call from them or a "Cisco Certified Network Professional" with following '10 Second' message:
"Silence" for a few seconds then "Hello", a few more seconds "Can you
hear me "stated my name"? then "silence" for the last few seconds.
Called my Bank to began a "Dispute". Waiting for a "response".

can you investigate this company out of California: righttechsolution---phone # 855-999-8092. I was contacted last week by microsoft via computer post that I must have a tech7 from that company to clean my computers.. I think the microsoft message was bogus too. just by luck payment was blocked but I’m concerned that information was taken from my computer. please assist with my concern----thank you
