Right Now Auto called me after I requested a quote to ship my car from California to Missouri. They explained the whole process, had lower rates, and were very personable. I should've taken the lack of reviews online as a red flag. But I had never shipped a car and didn't want to overpay. They charged me $150 to list my car. I thought I would have my car shipped in the next two weeks. But nearly a month went by with no update. I called and emailed them multiple times for an update. When I finally got a hold of them they said that they could get my car out on the next carrier. It had been way longer than the initially timeline though and I didn't trust them, so I asked to cancel and have my deposit returned since they didn't uphold their end of the deal. They said of course and that I should expect my returned deposit to be reflexed in my bank statement in 7-10 days. I gave them 2 weeks, they never returned my money, and I never got a hold of them again. Luckily, I disputed this transaction and my bank credited me the $150. They also tried to call Right Now Auto Transport but never heard from them.
