I ordered 2 pairs of shoes through a Facebook advertisement March 1, 2023 using my bank's Visa credit card. I never received a confirmation #, nor invoice #, nor any company information. However, my credit card was charged the $79.98 that same day under the name ridudaly.com. I also immediately received a bank email notification that informed me only that "You made an international or mail transaction with ridudaly".

Four weeks later, I did receive a box with 2 pair of the cheapest, ugliest shoes and certainly not anything like the ones I ordered! I Googled ridudaly and learned (they are most likely scammers, and) to ever return anything, you'd need your account information -- of which I didn't receive any! Trying to get my account reeimbursed by the bank...

Ridudaly has a fully developed website with (at that time) jewelry which appealed to me. I made a simple purchase online on December 20, 2022, expecting delivery within a few weeks. I received a statement from PayPal within a day but never received further communication or my merchandise. I looked everything over and it seemed legitimate. I made several inquiries regarding the purchase with no response.

The receipt from PayPal says the payment went to [email protected] at Promise E-Commerce Co., Ltd.
