The ride service email stayed, "We will be transferring you from Pittsburgh Airport (PIT), Landside Terminal to 2732 W State St, New Castle, PA 16101, USA. Please send us a text message when you're ready to go to 1 (714) 253-4671 on 2020-07-08. If you're flying in - please text us as soon as you land so we can prepare a driver for you from our waiting lot. If your flight is delayed, please do not worry, your driver will wait until you land to take you to your destination."

When we arrived we texted the number and the reply was for us to meet the driver outside. There was no driver when we went to the pick up loaction. We waited over 30 minutes before an Uber arrived. The destination address was incorrect and the Uber driver explained someone was using thier Uber account to book our ride and would need to change it on their end for him to update the destination. I again texted Laxride who then udpated the address. Since I had already paid Laxride ahead of time, I didn't want to cancel the Uber I was in although I knew it was a scam at that point. Had I ordered the Uber myself it would have cost around $50 and we paid $125 to Laxride who never informed us they were using their Uber account to order our ride. Rather they made it seem like they were a direct driving service.
