Purchased an item from the website and have yet to receive it. Contacted the support email and was told there was a delay in manufacturing or other issue. But item was available to purchase online and not marked as out of stock. It’s been almost 2 months and have yet to receive my order or tracking number. From all other reviews about this business this is an ongoing problem they have.
