He said that I had ordered a fitness ball as a gift for someone in Atlanta. When I said that I didn't he said that someone did and paid for it with PayPal. I said that I didn't authorize it. He said he would try to cancel it but I needed to download any desk app while we were on the phone together and let him know when I had completed the download. At that time I stopped everything and tried to get some more information and he hung up
