Ridstone was paid $3500 to install quartz countertops in March, 2019. For the next three months they continually provided install dates, but, never showed up or called. After daily calls and texts to the company, I made several trips to the shop to get my quartz or my money back. Donald, the owner, and/or Daniel Ford, the salesman, made many excuses about the delay and always promised a new date which was never kept. They never called or showed up for any of the promised dates. Finally, the owner told me to meet him at the shop at 2pm and he would give me a refund on June 13, 2019. I waited for three hours and he never showed up and the shop was closed. While I was there, three other customers showed up with the same issue. I have since found out from another vendor that the quartz that I ordered is no longer in stock. This is fraud if not outright theft!
