Ricki Golden Retriever Puppy Scammer

I was looking to buy a golden retriever puppy so my older one would have a friend. After contacting the owners and researching other possibilities of puppies I decided that’s wanted to buy from the Ricki golden retriever people. However I contacted them via text and tried to call/video chat the owner. He said it wasn’t “possible” and that his phone couldn’t call/video chat. He also said that he didn’t have any pictures of the parents because they died in a car crash. That may have been true but he sent pictures of the parents that were from a magazine. Also the guy would provide much details of the dogs or their papers. He also has really bad English but I don’t know if that has anything to do with it. We also noticed unusual things about the website. Like it mentioned the owner with three different names and said that “health exam says 100%” which sounds wrong. Initially we didn’t buy from them because they seemed scammy.
