Was contacted by email about a loan I was "approved" for. Consisted of a $10,000 loan at a 6.5% intrest rate. Sounded absolutely amazing until I was told that I needed 3 months worth of payments up front to secure the loan before they released the funds. When I gave them my concerns as to why I didnt think they were legitimate, the agent named Scott Lynch got very hostile with me from there on. After saying to him I couldnt afford the money upfront he asked me to phone the office about options. So, I did this and was met by Scott with incredible hostility and rudeness. This screams scam, and I have never had a lender (I dont have great credit) ask for any money upfront before a loan would be released. Next, there are no honest reviews about the company. They have testimonials on their website, but you can only take those so far. There is no FAQ section, one phone number to contact, and cannot find any proof their office is actually at the address they state its at. Lastly, I was told that the interest on the loan would be more than what the 3 months of payments so there is no reson for them to scam. After intrest, id be paying a little over 11,000 on a 10,000 loan. So, its about half the intrest they want up front. Very awful experience, and I believe I would have been scammed if not for my inability to afford over $700 upfront.
