I ordered 3 items as a Christmas gift for my wife they wrote back and said 2 of the 3 items were out of stock so the initially refunded for those items. Fast forward to now I receved the wrong item and I am now in a battle for getting g a refund from this company they are demanding I pay return shipping for this item or we can keep it for a 30% refund for an item I don't want in the first place this company is not consumer friendly at all avoid them at all costs.
