We called his number when recommended by Lowes for repair. He said he would see us at 330pm at our house. He was late. He brought his crew and the lady who looked like a street person and a guy he called David. All were dressed as they slept in the clothes,, and he smelled of urine. He worked on our washer and got it running. He stated he need to replace the temperature circuit for the tune of $300.00. We paid him 300 dollars plus 150 for the visit. We spent 450 for nothing. He never returned with the part. We finally just bought a new washer. We heard at church he does this all the time. He only wanted cash or check. No credit card. Said he send invoice through email.
