The scammer said they were in Damascus, Syria working for the US military, and their base had just been bombed, and he said the worst part was that the night before the Syrian Government ordered them to ship their personal belongings to family. He told me he has a daughter whom is his only living family that he wanted RO send his belongings to which consist of: his photos, PC with private files, his wallet, gift cards and a ATM card, but the (supposedly) worst part of it is that his (I’m saying supposedly ) daughter didn’t have $1,500 for him to ship his things to her in GA from Syria. Ok…… in the beginning I told him I was married and I can’t work BCAUSE of my bad health. Well, he asked if I can send his daughter the funds so she can get his belongings. That’s when I Googled the name he was using, and it showed that a scammer was using and stolen a deceased general’s photo and ID.
