The scammer pretended to own a house that wasn't his to have my company come and do a complete roof and gutter replacement. Stated his name was Richard Ellis, only spoke through texting, if you call its a busy signal. When we arrived to address, there was a woman there unsure as to why we were there. She lives there has for years and has no idea who richard ellis is or any reason why someone would schedule her for a roof replacement and new gutters when she just had it done not to long ago. Richard Ellis doesn't answer any emails, only text but only the questions HE wants to answer. When I asked if owner and tenant living inside he ignored the question, but was quick to answer where I should send invoice too. Turns out he does this and then sends the invoice to the poor homeowner forcing them to repay him for the work he had done she never requested!
