I ordered a self defense wristlet on 4/8 after seeing an ad on Snapchat and i never got it and i thought maybe it’s because everything has been delayed. Then i go to view my order and the website i guess doesn’t exist anymore.

I ordered 2 self defense wristlets on 4/15. I got the confirmation that I ordered and they charged me but when I click to view my order now it says the website is no longer available. I’ve also emailed :[email protected] and I’ve got nothing.

I saw an ad on snapchat for self defense keychains so I decided to buy two. One for me and one for my mom. Everything looked legit and like other websites I have successfully bought things from before. It had good reviews as well. After purchasing, it said it would take 3-5 days to ship. After 6 days I decided to double check the listing for shipping times and all the reviews changed to people saying it was a scam and they never got their keychains. concerned, I emailed to see when my items would be shipped and still have not received a reply.
