They claim to be a subsidiary of Henyep group (the company information above)
I was initially introduced to it by someone I supposedly met on a online dating app. She introduced me to it and even walk me through the deposit and withdrawals process. It only accepted cryptocurrency. It promised an investment opportunity with a good rate of return. I was able to withdraw my money from it at the start so it got me to believe it’s trust worthy. But after depositing a large amount, it wouldn’t process any of my large withdrawal. Their customer service kept asking for more in order to gain a VIP membership so I can withdraw my own funds in one large sum. I was a fool to believe them and did everything they asked and when the time came, they added more “restrictions” and said I’ll have to deposit more to withdraw. I refused and they refuse to return my money. I asked them for their actual address and phone number so I can speak directly to them and they refuse to provide it. They only keep asking me to deposit more in order to withdraw my funds. I am such a fool to believe in them and now I’m out of my life saving and can’t help my parents anymore. They have nothing coming over here from Vietnam and I fail to help them. I’m such an [censored]. I wish there someone out there that can help but I know there isn’t which hurts so much.
