Type of a scam Online Purchase
On April 6th I emailed the company for an update because I hadn’t receive tracking information yet. They reply saying that the package was being work on and that as soon they finished they’ll send me the confirmation number.
The next day they sent me an email with this number YHTUS204060027352072 and they said that is a provisional number and that when the package arrived to USA I will get the new tracking number.
I waited for about 2 weeks and tried tracking it again but the tracking number wasn’t working so I email them again asking a update on my order and asking why the tracking number wasn’t working. They didn’t reply. I waited one more week just in case but no answer, no tracking number, I tried to log back on the account to see if there was any information on my order, but the account was deleted.
My daughter received the package and was very excited until she opened it.
It was the most creepy, horrible, disgusting thing I could have seen.
They look nothing like what they’re selling.
I paid $111.31 for the trashiest thing ever. I could have got better and prettier dolls at any other store for way less.
