I went to school at ********* ************* ****** and finished all modules with A’s and no issues. My kids and I were in an accident 12/29/21 and I had to take a month off but came back and ended up finishing modules a bit later due to that month off. Found out my baby was going to need to have surgery again literally a week or so after I finished modules so I had to take an LOA before I was supposed to start my externships. While on LOA Roberta Stanton decided to withdraw me as student and so when I tried to come back after my LOA end date came I was told I was no longer a current student. I had to have a meeting with 5 people that included Mrs Stanton, Program Director, School Director, and 2 others that were aware of situation. After a month of waiting on their decision, I was told I was approved to be reinstated and that I should be getting dates and things to finish up my externship to get my diploma. Then a week or so I wait and come to find out even though my account was paid in full they wanted me to pay $4180 for the externship program. How is that possible you wrongfully withdrawl me during LOA and then have the nerve to ask me to pay again for something that was already paid off? Well it’s June now and I fought and spoke to everyone I thought I could on this but no one is reaching back to help me. I feel this is a scam and they will find any way to take money from students but not give them the diploma they’ve worked so hard for. It’s affected my employments and stresses me out knowing I did all that work and during a very difficult time in my life to be a great student just to be thrown out like trash and at a time I was already going through seeing my 3 yr old going through his second surgery in under 6 months. Please tell me I have a complaint and that you all can help me get justice. Thank you for hearing me out.
