I just read the other complaint on the better business bureau site made about this fake scam company and it is the same exact issue that I just had. I was contacted by a man who claimed his name was " James Mitchell". He tried to sound really authoritative and demanding with the way he spoke and in his voice. He asked to speak to me and referred to the last four digits of my social security number. But the odd part about it was he had contacted my family members house to get ahold of me initially and I have no idea how they even got that contact number.Mr. James Mitchell said that I needed to settle a case with them and that I have a case number in the county that I had resided in. I did not spend too much time on the phone with this person considering I have already fallen victim to a scam like this almost 10 years ago so I knew exactly what it is they were trying to do. They do not want to give any type of proof for any type of debt that they are claiming that I had and I am 100% positive that I do not have the debt that they are claiming that I have. the man told me that they would send somebody to my house and that I would be arrested if I do not take care of the debt at that very moment.They are asking for payment right at this moment. I demanded that I receive notification within seven business days VIA mail from them as I am supposed to receive per request for any legitimate debt and was he refused. Again, I did not spend too much time on the phone with them and let them know that I was aware of exactly what they were doing and let them know that I was going to report them. Because I fell victim to something like this nearly a decade ago I know exactly what's going on and I am hoping that there is a resolution to this as there was a resolution to what happened to me 10 years ago where the people ended up getting caught and ended up receiving several charges in the state of New York for scamming many many people out of money. I am hoping to bring light to the situation with this scam company as they are trying to scare people into thinking that they owe money and that they will be arrested if they do not pay money right this very moment.unfortunately there are many people that follow that can do this and actually believe that they will be arrested for something like this cream not only do I not owe for this apparent debt but I am being harassed. I also asked that they do not contact me or my family's house again. The man was very rude and begin to become very insulting and was cursing at me
