I ordered a ebike august 4th and the order has been processing every since. They took my money up front, and never gave me any other information, such as when it would be shipped or through that carrier. I haven't received anything. I called the us number it doesn't ring. I sent an email I did receive a response saying that the item will ship a day and I would receive it the following week. But still nothing.
