I received an email message saying that my subscription to Norton Life-Lock was renewing for $499.00 on January 24, 2024. They said that it was easy to cancel and they would help me. Twenty minutes later they said they were removing the Norton Life-Lock software from my computer and that they would return directly to my Bank of America account. When they asked me to log onto my BoA account to see if the money had been returned to my account, I refused.
